Cancellation Policy
1. Price and Payment The price of any of our Events are available on our Website. Prices listed are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated. Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect bookings in respect of which we have already sent you a Booking Confirmation, except in cases of obvious error.You may pay for your booking online by credit, debit card, UPI through secured payment gateway of Razorpay. 2. Confirmation of Booking After making a booking you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your booking request. Please note, your booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received. 3. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations received in writing more than one month before the Event, will be subject to a 50% booking fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations less than one month prior to event or for non-attendance. 4. Booking Modification Any changes to bookings must be submitted in writing at least one month prior to the event. 5. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains how we will use the information which you have provided to us. 6. Our Right to Vary these Terms and Conditions We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
