💰 Payment Policy

For events with fewer than 400 attendees, only Ground Floor can be booked. However, for larger gatherings, it is essential to utilize both floors to ensure optimal safety, security, and service availability. Manjima strongly advises adhering to this guideline, as neglecting it could result in unfortunate incidents during the event. 🗓️ Facility Alterations (Post-Booking)

It is essential that our facilities are fully prepared and operational prior to the event. Consequently, any facilities confirmed at the time of booking cannot be altered or declined on the event day. 💸 Refund Policy

In the event that a facility has been reserved but is unable to be provided on the day of the event due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued for that specific facility. Fire safety systems and other safety protocols are designed to protect all our guests. Integrated systems such as lighting, audio, displays, and electrical units may experience malfunctions at times. We will do our utmost to address any unexpected issues that arise. 🚫 Prohibited Conduct

Manjima firmly stands against and forbids any drug-related misconduct on our premises. মানজিমা আমাদের প্রাঙ্গণে মাদক সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো অসদাচরণের বিরুদ্ধে দৃঢ়ভাবে দাঁড়িয়েছে এবং নিষিদ্ধ করেছে।

Any form of physical or psychological misconduct with anybody in premises of Manjima, will result in legal consequences. মঞ্জিমার প্রাঙ্গণে কারো সাথে যেকোনো ধরনের শারীরিক বা মানসিক অসদাচরণ করলে আইনি পরিণতি ভোগ করতে হবে।

The authorities of Manjima will not tolerate any form of misconduct towards our staff under any circumstances. In such instances, legal action will be initiated against the party responsible for the booking. মানজিমার কর্তৃপক্ষ কোনো অবস্থাতেই আমাদের কর্মীদের প্রতি কোনো ধরনের অসদাচরণ সহ্য করবে না। এই ধরনের ক্ষেত্রে, বুকিংয়ের জন্য দায়ী পক্ষের বিরুদ্ধে আইনি ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

The use of firecrackers is strictly prohibited on Manjima Premises under IPC regulations, aimed at reducing noise pollution and mitigating environmental effects. শব্দ দূষণ কমাতে এবং পরিবেশগত প্রভাব কমাতে আইপি সি বিধি মালার অধীনে মানজিমা প্রাঙ্গণে আতশ বাজি ব্যবহার কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।

⚖️ Liability and Damages

Any damage to our property caused by attendees will be the full responsibility of the person who made the booking. Financial compensation for the damages must be settled before final clearance. অতিথিদের দ্বারা আমাদের সম্পত্তির যেকোনো ক্ষতি হলে তার সম্পূর্ণ দায় বুকিংকারীর উপর বর্তাবে। চূড়ান্ত ছাড়পত্রের আগে ক্ষতিপূরণের আর্থিক ক্ষতিপূরণ অবশ্যই নিষ্পত্তি করতে হবে।

Manjima shall not be held liable for any unforeseen accidents, physical injuries, or damages incurred by the relevant booking party. সংশ্লিষ্ট বুকিং পক্ষের কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত দুর্ঘটনা, শারীরিক আঘাত বা ক্ষতির জন্য মানজিমা দায়ী থাকবে না।

Event attendees shall be required to keep their personal belongings with them at all times and we accept no liability for damage to, or loss of, personal belongings. ❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing more than three month before the Event, will be subject to a 50% booking fee. 📸 Photography and Marketing

We often take photographs at events for marketing purposes. By attending an event, you are giving us permission to use images in which you may be present. In addition, these images may be shared and stored on third-party platforms. At present, our current facilities do not include kitchen, catering, or food services under our standard tariff. Caterers are required to place a dustbin bowl and hand wash bowls on dining tables to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the inability to operate. On the day of booking, our Manjima executives on duty will have their meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the client's premises. If the client prefers not to provide this service, they may offer a token amount to cover the food expenses for our executive. বুকিংয়ের দিন, কর্তব্যরত আমাদের মানজিমা এক্সিকিউটিভরা ক্লায়েন্টের প্রাঙ্গণে তাদের খাবার - প্রাতঃরাশ, মধ্যাহ্নভোজ এবং রাতের খাবার - খাবে। যদি ক্লায়েন্ট এই পরিষেবাটি প্রদান না করতে চান, তাহলে তারা আমাদের এক্সিকিউটিভের খাবারের খরচ মেটাতে একটি টোকেন পরিমাণ অফার করতে পারেন।

Water coolers are not permitted on Manjima premises under any circumstances. ⚡ Electrical Services and Backup

Electric charges are not included in our standard tariff. You will be responsible for paying the electric charges based on the meter reading following your event, with a standard rate of 10 rupees per unit. We recommend that you record the meter reading upon your arrival at the venue and again at the conclusion of your event. In accordance with our standard pricing, we will supply high-capacity inverters and diesel generators as backup power equipment. Manjima reserves the right to inspect and verify all materials and installations provided by third-party vendors for additional facilities. This authority allows Manjima to revoke permission for the use of these materials at any time without prior notice.
